The Government of Andhra Pradesh is going all-out to promote IT/ITES companies in the state and the Telugu diaspora are putting their efforts to make this endeavor a success according to N. Lokesh, the state Information Technology Minister.
After inaugurating 10 IT/ITES companies at the non-resident Telugu tech park (NRT), Lokesh said that in the first phase, more than 1,000 jobs will be generated by the companies. He requested the non-resident Telugus to contribute to the development of the Andhra Pradesh.
According to the president of the AP Non-resident Telugu Society, Ravi Vemuru, about 60 IT companies have started operations in the area of Amaravati and more efforts have been put to attract even bigger IT companies to Amaravati and to Visakhapatnam as well.
The 10 IT/ITES companies that started operations on Wednesday are CADEploy Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Procom Software Solutions, Yalamanchili Software Exports Limited, Acrux IT Data Services, Headrun Tech Pvt. Ltd., Mentis IT Solutions, Vibertech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., CSS Tech Solutions, Fremont IT Solutions, and Norm Software.
